We had Alan come out to help with our h/c issues. He got here quick after I he call and was very thorough. The thing I appreciated the most was him teaching the things to look for and how to diagnose issues myself. Great teacher for a first time home owner who knows nothing about the system. I own and operate Rigmaiden Custom Building and Basement Finishing Co. out of south Dayton and would never use anyone else for my HVAC project needs. Super quick bid process and job turnarounds. If there’s ever a question of how something is to be working they are on top of explaining and helping you figure it out. Usually operator error. Haha. This is one project they installed a complete home system and everything works flawlessly even with all of the open air space.
