Alan came in and went thru our furnace and heat pump. Helpful with suggestions and a few preventive procedures. Very nice man and open about what he doing. Willing to answer question and noted a few things that didn't pertain even to his job. Furnace is in the attic and didn't waste any time getting up there and do the service. Very helpful.

I had Alan out to the house for a spring tune up. He texted and called on the way. Upon arrival he was courteous, professional, and very thorough in his explanations. He even had his ID badge clearly visible. He cleaned and serviced our A/C unit and even made some suggestions for routine maintenance to help prolong the life of our system. At no time did I ever feel pressured or talked into anything. I have been in the service industry for over 30 years now. I have dealt with a ton of high pressured sales tactics in the past. This experience was the total opposite. I could only wish to have teammates like Alan on my team. He is by far the best I have EVER had the pleasure of inviting into my home. A huge thank you to A1 management for sending Alan my way.
