Very pleased with the service A1 provided. They put a new AC unit and furnace in and made sure the system was sized properly for the house (previous system was too large). It's a big purchase, and Eddie was so patient with me and answered all my many questions, which I really appreciated!!!

A1 Mechanical was very easy to work with. They were quick to schedule based on my availability, showed up on-tike, and addressed the issue.

I am sure working on old AC units in an old house can be quite challenging for the technicians which definitely was the case in my daughter’s home. I was the one at her home when the AC unit needed replaced. Alan B. From the Springboro, Ohio office Definitely had his challenges with many aspects of the job. He explained everything happening, and I am sure I was a challenge also understanding what he was telling me. He then had to explain to my daughter as well. His patience was admirable as he worked so very hard to solve the problems which occurred in the process. The price was fair, the installation was completed per promise. Cooling results are very good and the clean-up was excellent.

They are prompt and on time and get the job done right and in a timely manner, Sent someone out that day to address and fix the problem.

We had Alan come out to help with our h/c issues. He got here quick after I he call and was very thorough. The thing I appreciated the most was him teaching the things to look for and how to diagnose issues myself. Great teacher for a first time home owner who knows nothing about the system.
