The reviews are really deserved for this company. The follow up is excellent. The person who showed up was experienced with my boiler system. There was a small issue the next day ( Saturday) and he showed up to fix that. I will be calling them again.

Thanks to Ben for overseeing the installation of our heat pump from start to finish and to everyone at A Team! The removal of the old furnace and oil tank followed by the installation took 3 days with no issues and the system is working as advertised. All questions were answered and any issues were addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

I've used A-Team a few times now and they have been responsive and easy to work with. Karl, the tech I've worked with has been super helpful!

A-Team is AMAZING! A huge shout-out to our tech Carl who we will absolutely request every time, and the awesome girl Lexie in the office. I had called another HVAC company before A-Team as I'm a first time homeowner and needed some items done. I was immediately met on the phone by an extremely rude member of the other company's office staff which made me not want to deal with that company. I read some reviews about A-Team and they sounded awesome. I called and spoke with Lexie. She was extremely kind and understanding. She gave me clear and honest pricing and was extremely sweet. Appointment scheduling was quick and effortless. Carl called before arrival and when he got here, he just had a great vibe and explained everything. He took care of everything that was needed and cleaned up after. He was kind and all around a cool guy. Thank you A-Team! We will use you for anything we need....

Absolutely Useless waste of time. We called them last year for heating in our home and they had someone come in to inspect to give us a quote. We called them about every 2 weeks for months asking for just the quote but it never came. Finally after 6 months of trying we stopped and never heard from them again. Thanks for nothing !

Every A-Team service person we've dealt with has been experienced and knowledgeable as well as cordial and considerate. Their response to our service needs has been fast and on time. It's a comfort to know we can depend on them during emergencies and for competent annual maintenance of our heating, plumbing, AC and water conditioning systems. It's a company we highly recommend.

Carl does an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and careful in his work. An asset to his company. Lexi stays on top of scheduling and informing us of any changes. Would recommend them based on our experience.
