Our heater stopped working one night during the winter and we called A-Team. They responded so quickly, fixed the issue, and were kind and professional. I am forever grateful for them and absolutely recommend them.

They were prompt to respond and had someone come out very quickly. The team at their office were friendly and responsive. The tech was knowledgeable and fixed our problem. However the big problem we had was he replaced our thermostat panel saying it was broken. He did that while I was putting my 3 year old down for his nap. I came out and he had replaced the thermostat. Unfortunately we were charged $280 (the thermostat was only worth maximum $50) for the new thermostat panel and installation. I wouldn’t have selected to go forward but didn’t have a choice as it was already installed. I would have bought my own and installed it. The other downside was that the new thermostat wasn’t programmable and old one was. Fortunately they came back and replaced the thermostat with programmable one which is why I decided to give them 3 stars and not 2. We are happy to have our air conditioning...

A team is an A + in my book! Fast, courteous, and professional service every time. They are the only team I will call for all my home HVAC needs. Their work is done well and their entire team is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Mark Anderson has been my go to plumbing/hvac guy since I purchased my home in the Hudson Valley 5 years ago. He and his team are always responsive to my needs; always returning phone calls and showing up for appointments. His company has serviced my homes hvac and boiler for years, in a professional and competent manner. On the dreaded and occasional "no heat" situations, Mark's crew came right out and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue thereby saving me a cold night in my house. When my old boiler finally kicked this winter, Mark was there with a fair price quote for a new one, and he and his team installed the new boiler efficiently and with great competence.

I highly recommend Mark and his team and personally I would not use anyone else.

Used them to install a steam humidifier. It sprang a leak after a couple of weeks, but the owner responded on the weekend and had someone over to fix it first thing Monday. Would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with A-Team. They not only sent someone to fix our new fireplace on a short notice but had the most competitive pricing. John - the plumber - was really knowledgeable and genuinely showed interest in recommending fixes for other systems - water and heat - at our home. I highly recommend A-team!
