Terrible communication. Rip off.

I used A-Team Comfort Systems twice. The first time they came out and installed a toilet for about $300, and did a fine job.

The second time I had them respond to a water alarm in my upstairs bathroom. They didn't reach out to me while they were there to explain what was being done. They didn't reach out in the following days to explain what had been done. I heard nothing from them until I got a $450 bill, again with no explanation of what had been done.

I called them to figure out what was going on and was told that they put plumbers putty around a pipe but didn't find any real issue. I asked for further explanation for why a small amount of plumbers putty cost 50% more than having a toilet installed. I was told that someone would look into it and let me know.

I heard nothing, until a few...

I asked the technician who was out to complete the invoice by adding in his diagnostics. His only information was that there was water leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the upstairs...
