I have been a monthly customer for a couple of years now. I very much appreciate the ongoing communication. If, for some reason, my cleaning technician is unavailable, every effort is made to have another technician fill in so my preferred schedule is kept. I often have a couple of special requests and these are never a problem. I always feel like the person in my home really cares about their job. I don't worry about anything when they're here.
