Everything went very well on my first cleaning. Natalie ( my cleaner) was very thorough, and respectful of my home. Plus just a very nice person to chat with. I was very pleased with the job she did. Everyone that I have dealt with, have been a delight to work with. Would highly recommend.

Love this service. Schedulers are very helpful, especially when you need to reschedule or add. The cleaners are awesome. You receive a text reminding your of the cleaning appt. You also receive a text when the cleaner is going to be late or early. Good communication with the customer.

We are impressed with Denise, an extraordinary representative of this company. She has just oriented Briana. a new cleaning tech. Also she has gone “the extra mile” to provide us with allergy data on cleaning products.

Although the setting up the appointment/estimate/acceptance/work order take a lot of time, once the appointment is set, the cleaning person shows up at the right time, is very informed about what they need to do, and goes about it in a very timely and efficient fashion. Had my 3 bathrooms cleaned twice now.....and both were very well done. Very impressive!! Will use again!

First time ever having a house cleaning service. I’ve always preferred to do it myself but I’m now older and decided it was time to trust somebody else. Did my research and found ACCE and Denise. They consistently do a great job and arrive when scheduled barring illness on either side. Ours or theirs.
