The team at Quality 1st are top notch. I have used them for my business insurance for years. They have many carriers to choose from so I got just what I needed and nothing that I didn't.

I’ve been working with Devin Mccabe for a few years now and I am very satisfied with his customer service and that he works hard to get me the best deals.

Found much cheaper insurance elsewhere after giving Quality 1st many opportunities to "shop" around for me to get the best deal. Saved over $900 every six months. After cancelling my policy, they still pulled the premium from my bank sending it into overdraft status since I had already paid for my new insurance. Not willing to help, just a bunch of excuses. Also, if an insurance company isn't willing to shop through their own insurance companies to get a better deal then they obviously aren't willing to work for my business. A short search online and matching the limits to my current policy and I was saving $150/month. Definitely find insurance elsewhere, these people don't care at all and will simply raise, raise, raise, raise your insurance. For the record.....zero tickets and zero accidents, never made a claim.........
