Quality 1st Insurance

We recently switched our Cincinnati policy over to Quality 1st and have had Fernando Madrid as our agent for the past 9 months or so. In that time, we've had a couple address changes, moved into a new home (he helped us identify best options for our homes policy) and changed vehicles and Fernando has always been incredibly responsive and helpful.
