Quality 1st Insurance

We recently switched our Cincinnati policy over to Quality 1st and have had Fernando Madrid as our agent for the past 9 months or so. In that time, we've had a couple address changes, moved into a new home (he helped us identify best options for our homes policy) and changed vehicles and Fernando has always been incredibly responsive and helpful.

I highly recommend working with these guys if you are looking for a local agent, especially if you want best pricing across a variety of insurers.

They convinced us to switch, then said they would cancel our previous insurance policy.

Fast forward a year, and we get a renewal for the old insurance policy.

I contact them. They say that was their fault, as they swapped systems at that time, and my cancellation request must not have been processed, but surely the insurance company will refund the money.

Fast forward a month, and I still don’t have a refund.

So I call, and they tell me it’s not their fault, and that I’m not entitled to a refund because they think I should be helping them do their job.

Go with another company. Any other company is better. Paige, Dessa, and other guy don’t care if they cause you a problem that costs you $1000. Go with a company that will care.
