Always there when I have questions. Costly I think.
I have a convertible that I "garage" October thru May, BUT, I'm not sure that my annual costs reflect that concept. The refund for that "on vacation7" period doesn't seem equitable.
I would like to have that discount at the beginning of the renewal period.
