This service is COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY! Their customer service is the worst!!! Terrible, in fact horrible responsiveness from management. I spent over 6 months with this service telling me they would "get my voice" and grow my social media business...to a huge FAIL. The editors work tirelessly to find the voice without any support or efforts from whomever it is who runs this business. ZERO attempts to "correct" or revise posts...I had to write many myself! Absolutely zero accountability of ownership to connect with clients. I was very disappointed with the sales/service and their ability to work with me as a PREMIUM client. I wasted thousands of dollars with them...as they never attempted to understand my business or even try.
