UPDATED REVIEW:
98 BuckSocial changed its platform and in the process lost all the appeal I raved about in my original post.
As a nonprofit consultant I always test vendors before recommending them to my clients. With this current format I no longer feel I or my clients receive the benefits that warranted the 5 Stars I originally gave them. While I believe in process improvements, their switch to a group management system (vs assigned to a specific marketing manager) leaves a lot to be desired. When I had Tasha as my point person, I felt as if we established a rapport and she got to know me and could replicate my voice in the posts. With this Queue system that is for “The Low Tier” clients - and Yes, that’s how they referred to me - I had to explain the feel I was looking for with each new person.
