Horrible Experience! No follow up to my calls even though when I signed up they told me someone would get back to me within 24 hours. I had to send multiple emails and finally got a response a week later. I was told they were having system conversion problems,,,,and apparently I was paying for nothing! WOW! I wasn't even with them more than a week before I started having problems and I was being charged anyways. No support from anyone to try to save me as a customer! This is the worst experience I have ever had with customer service! I had to pay a whole month of service for 1 week. They need to get their systems in place before they try to sell to the public and make sure that they follow through on their promises when you sign up with them! You get what you pay for, but in this case its even worse!!!!
