This is the 2nd time we have used 98bucksocial and they have gone WAY downhill. This was a HORRIBLE experience. The account manager was a joke, slow to respond, slow to make changes. We didn't get one lead that was worth anything. (We were on the $498/month plan with about $1000 spend on FB). The CEO/Founder reached out to us, made promises that he would correct everything for us on Monday, we followed up and finally on Friday he said he fired the Facebook ads manager. (excuses excuses!) Then he wanted to give us a credit for future months for our wasted money. I asked for a refund for those months and he immediately said 'Don't waste time with disputes, we always win since we have a digitally audited and signed contract to submit to the bank.' At that point we canceled our account. Clearly we aren't the only clients disappointed. It's unfortunate that this experience is 100%...
