Terrible customer service and support!
I signed up for 98 buck social service and when I did not receive promised satisfactory service or a timely response to my emails, I canceled in first 30 days, and they used my login details I had to provide them to make daily Facebook posts to change everything on my business FB page to another language, Spanish, on my company Facebook page so I could not read or respond to any messages.
It took me weeks of going back-and-forth with Facebook to finally resolve the issue.
And now they have the nerve to be emailing me again trying to solicit my business.
I’ve sold my business since this issue occurred so now I’m not afraid of them getting back at me.
I definitely would never recommend using this company.👎👎
