Tim was so professional, he explained every step of the process. Made sure to not track my beautiful wood floor. He checked in every day and when I had to leave early for work, he let me know when he was entering my home. He was on time and answer any questions I may had. I will definitely recommend this company. Even the billing lady was very kind. Thanks 911 for coming to my rescue.

911 Restoration did a wonderful job! They responded very quickly to my water damage issue and did an excellent job with the cleanup. They were always available with any questions and prepared all the paperwork for my insurance company. Five stars!

The guys that came out to work was awesome. They did an outstanding job but the billing was awful. We found out that we was charged for services that wasn't accurate. Billed 2x for things. Charged for labor time that wasn't accurate. I do not recommend them at all
