Chad and his crew were great to work with throughout this process. They quickly responded to the initial call and started the documentation and dry out process for our water damage. They were very familiar with the documentation needed for the insurance companies and had top notch equipment and software to ensure that everything was dried out and handled appropriately. The damage was quite extensive and required the replacement of carpet, hardwood, and tile in several rooms. We also had to paint the baseboards and a few walls in the affected rooms.
