911 Restoration of Southern Utah

We had a mold issue that we had to cover out of pocket. It was unclear how extensive the mold was, and it turned out to be less than we imagined. Carter and the Team at 911 Restoration were very fair with us, professionally resolving the issue without performing unnecessary work, and saving us money. It would have been easy for a less scrupulous company to take advantage of us, and I’m glad to say 911 Restoration is an organization with integrity.

Carter and his people were so great to work with! They arrived almost immediately after we called, to assess the damage.
They then began the cleanup and drying process for us, which took 5 days! They were super-concerned about us, and did everything possible to ensure our safety and comfort. We can't say enough good things about them and the way they took care of us! We are especially happy about the extra effort they took in moving and safeguarding our 1927 grand piano. We are very grateful for all they did for us, and recommend them highly to anyone needing restoration services!

I can not say enough amazing things about 911 Restoration! Carter showed up on Superbowl Sunday within 30 minutes of the call. He and his brother set up everything quickly. They made sure all the necessary people were in place for the upcoming week. They are professional, courteous, kind, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I am so thankful for everything they did to put my home back together! Not once, but twice!
