The men were here early, which was good. They were very friendly & professional. I had a stain that I couldn't get out & they took care of it. It's totally gone. The machine they used was quiet & it did a great job. The carpets were dry in a couple hours. It looks wonderful & the nap was raised & it feels great under bare feet. The technicians that came to my home were very courteous,patient and respectful. I was nervous as I had not ever had someone come in to clean my carpets before and they were very stained and dirty. They took the time to explain their cleaning process and kept me informed as to what they were using on my carpet. The process was amazing and they were in and out in an hour. My carpet seriously has not been this clean since we put it in! We were able to put all our furniture back in just an hour afterward! I will be using Heaven’s Best from now on! Read more >
