Such an amazing atmosphere and 2 hour breath work class in the salt cave with Christian. It was truly transformative….body, mind and spirit with Christian who guides with such care, knowledge and step by step explanation of how the breath work works. A wonderful opportunity to refresh body, mind, and spirit. A refreshing fragrance and welcoming hostess greeted us upon our arrival and directed us to the Infrared Sauna.
