There's really not much I can say about Diamond Equity. The review is very simple. I had a problem (i.e., a house I needed to sell), and they made my problem go away (they bought it). When I consider ANY other option I had at the time, selling to Diamond was the only thing that made sense. Mike came out to meet, was both professional and personal, explaining both what the reality of the situation was (i.e., what I could expect to receive) but understanding how I felt as well. They stuck with me through a horrendous selling process as well. I hope NO ONE ever finds themselves in the situation I was in. If they do, I hope they find their way to Diamond Equity...because they just don't need to be in that situation.

I have been working directly with Felipe Villalobos Jr and from the moment I filled out the online application, it's been smooth sailing with him. Felipe is very professional, kind, and extremely responsive. From the moment we talked on the phone, to meeting him in person, Felipe has made this experience so easy for me. I had a very positive experience selling Property to Diamond Equity Investments. My primary contact was Professional and respectful to my needs, given that I was the Primary Care provider to my Mother who was suffering from Dementia. The transaction was seamless and executed within weeks after the purchase contract was executed. Sale of property to Diamond Equity Investments enabled me to sell “As Is” without having to hire multiple parties to remove Furniture and other unwanted items prior to closing. They provided an invaluable purchase agreement that met all my needs during a very stressful challenging time.

After my mother-in-law passed away, we were stuck with a 50-year-old house; filled with a lifetime of stuff, and in need of numerous, major repairs. Diamond Equity and Mike Peters came to the rescue. They were the third company we interviewed and Mike stood head and shoulders above the rest by a long shot.
