I've lived here for several years. 40 Oaks has made a lot of changes and improvements over the years since they have taken over.

They are helpful when you have a problem safe place to live and the kids are safe to play get ice cream to .clean park

I rate 5 stars I haven't had any issues with new landlord taking over park

They always come and fix things when I call .they keep a safe place for kid to play keep the park clean and they help if you need them.give ice cream too.

I rent lot. They have done lots of improvements in the last few years. My road is always last to get improvements but they are trying I like living here

It has been a good experience

40 Oaks has been great company to rent from. Whenever you have an issue with your home, they are there quickly to fix any issue. They work great with others and they give back to the community and kids. It’s rare to hear a rental company give back to others.

Been here now 2 years. The improvements to the park is moving forward and new tenants seem to be happy. I enjoy gardening and being outdoors. So the ability to play in the yard is complete joy.
