Management is top tier, absolutely amazing and understanding people. The answering service is not the best, especially when there is an emergency or need something urgent. Last winter we were without heat for multiple days before anyone came because it was a weekend, I believe. Also the maintenance workers can have not so great attitudes at times. I am glad I had the opportunity to have my home. The community is okay in terms of people, everyone keeps to themself. 40 Oaks does a lot for the community with random ice cream days, back to school give aways, and other different giveaways to help with the community.
