40 Oaks Properties

I love 40 oaks Properties they are wonderful people when you have a problem they take care of it fast and if you need anything they are always willing to try to help, they go above and beyond to do what they can and im very grateful for them. I have lived there for years with my husband then my husband passed away and I've been there now 5 years without him and they have been great. They are some of the best people I've ever met and I will forever be grateful to them. I have referred people to them and I tell everyone about them all the time

When rent was ridiculously high 40 oaks helped us reduce it by more than 50%. Monica and Stephany were there for me and all of my questions. They made the process smooth and it moved very quickly. I don’t have any complaints! I feared living in a park would be a bad experience, however it’s been better than the fancy apartments we came from!

I have been living in 40 Oaks properties for awhile now, I love my spot. I love that it’s kinda by the trees and nature. It’s quiet most of the time. Nobody bothers you nobody bothers each other. 40OAKS are easy to get along with all you have to do is make sure you got your rent paid on time. They will do anything they can to help you if needed. I love the property but feel they have dropped the ball on getting us our title to the trailer we bought.

Attention to detail and very clean

I like 40 Oaks Park because they are working to improve the park. I love to play in my garden as much as possible. The park maintenance cuts the grass and makes sure everyone keeps a fairly tidy area around each unit.

I love 40 oaks because the community I live in is very quiet, clean, and they make sure if anything is wrong they address any concerns!

My experience have been so far amazing with 40 Oaks.As a Single mom my priority always was to make sure my Daughter follow her dreams and also be responsible with her decisions and 40 oaks is the beginning of her dreams come thru she purchase her own MH not only that Now we are Neighbors!!!
