You’re the greatest! Clean properties where I feel safe and secure. Bad people not allowed lol. Put rocks in my driveway when I requested. That was like a Christmas day gift❤️

I LOVE 40 OAKS!! They have constantly worked with me on my rental payments when I have struggled paying my rent in full payments!! I had a been given the chance to provide my kids a stable home and 40 oaks give me that opportunity. I am a single mom with 3 kids and buying our home and I've never been more grateful for 40 oaks and the stability that have allowed me to provide me for my children.
