I love the properties. It’s a quiet, fun little place to stay. You’re in your own little world. The neighbors don’t ever bother you which was very unexpected for living in a trailer park. It’s great place to live.

I love 40 oaks.They are good people and when you need them, they do the best to get it done

I've been in the park since the old owners and when 40 oaks took over they have improved the properties so much.. Such a great company

Love my house

I have never had any bad experience with 49 Oaks properties since living here , they keep the property clean and whenever there is a problem with my home they come quickly to get it fixed,
I have lived in this same place for over 20 years with other owners and it took quite awhile for them to even come to look at the problem much else fix it but now they are right on the problem getting it done.
I would love to get the turkey and the money but if someone else is more needy I won't cry about not getting it.
