The place is great clean and nice.only the neighbor close to my house. Bossy un friendly and occupying all the space that supposed enclosed what we rented even if our space is not like other had we did not complain. I hope this neighbor park on the other side of their land. That will be nice and great thank you im just being honest.

They work with you and they have been making changes to the lot. Making everything look better.

I have to say the mobile home park I live in owned by 40 Oaks, is one of the best places I have lived. It's very nice and clean, folks stay to themselves no drug activity, you never see cops in our park.. I don't feel like I have to keep everything under lock and key. No loud music or noise, except for people that live on the outskirts of us but not the park itself. They do their best to work with renters and make sure all needs are met..

I'm good with everything in the park. Except someone took my AC support for some reason, but it was rebuilt.

We have had an amazing experience with all of the people at 40 Oaks Properties. We bought a home this year on one of their lots and as first time home owners, of course we had tons of questions! Everyone we talked to either on the phone, via email, or at the office was very quick to respond, very respectful, and knowledgeable, and the kindest people. The neighborhoods are nice and clean and kept up. Any problems are taken care of, and any concerns are carefully considered. Thanks 40 Oaks! Lot 15 Pine Bluff 1 (175 Snider Kines rd)
