I love 40 oaks because it is very quiet and peaceful. Not a whole lot of noise going on. They are also quick to respond when I have a question. We have enjoyed living here over the past couple of months. I have recommended and will continue ti recommend 40 oaks to individuals who are trying to have a nice clean and quiet place to stay.
