My experience with 40 Oaks has been satisfactory.

We really enjoy our 40 Oaks property. We've been here for 10 years and the management company always responds to questions and maintenance issues very quickly with professional results. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to live in a friendly, clean, safe, neighborhood.

I love 40 oaks because they are a great company to rent from. They have come in and made this neighborhood so much safer, and a better place to live. There are fair rules in place, upgrades made, maintenance requests are done/handled in a timely manner, they are friendly and get things done to help people have a safe, peaceful livable place to live. I have been a tenant many years before this company took over &this is by far a safer, more pleasant community to raise my children in now that 40 Oaks took over and made it better. There's no better landlord or place to live, than with 40 Oaks.
