My husband and I bought our mo Ile home in early 2023. It was definitely a fixer-upper. We got the home move in ready in a few months and now love living here. I am convinced that if it wasn't for Kevin and his team my husband and I would never be able to own our own home. Once we were moved in they even helped me get my grandfather into the mobile home across the street so it's easier for me to care for him. Thank you Kevin and the entire 40 oaks property team for all that you do!

I've never had a problem with this property management. We pay on time. And have only needed to reach out once and they were on the spot next day. They send information well ahead of time so you aren't blindsided and are able to work around things as long as it makes sense. Wonderful property management. Have 0 plans to leave them any time soon! You want property management that is aware and cares behind the scenes, this is it.

They have done better then the people before

I like 40 OAKS Properties because they have upgraded our way of living
