I like it because when I need maintenance, it doesn't take long for them to arrive , and if they can't come, they let me know when they will come. Mr. Jimmy from maintenance always leaves everything very good. And I also like that 40 Oaks Properties is improving. everything as it was before..

Well, 40 oaks, you got some nice people there. They put up with me. They put up. Remind complaining about everything. So 40 oaks are some good people to rent from. They're nice and they understanding which is nice cause if they weren't understanding. I'll be living in a tree under a tree out in the woods and a little tent.
