40 Oaks Properties

40 Oaks is straightforward as far as there expectation. Maintenance Request are handles as quick as possible my parents also rent from 40 Oaks and when they have an issue with water leaking almost immediately they are out as quick as possible. One thing I see 40 Oaks could improve on is face to face interactions instead everything being done online.
