I have had a great experience using 10x Physiotherapy. Kristen is the best and very professional in helping me in what I needed. I personally have never been able to touch my toes without bending my knees and as someone that stays active and tries to be in good health I saw flexibility as an area that for sure needed improvement! I got in touch with 10x and they were able to help every step of the way in my self proclaimed "road to toes". Through giving me exercises to perform, perfecting my stretching technic all the way to dry needling I have come a long way since the beginning of the process! I still have a little bit more of the road to travel before I am comfortably touching my toes but with the help of 10x I know I have the right people behind me helping guide me on my "road to toes" journey! Kristen has the trained knowledge base of a physical therapist to couple with his own Iron Man achievements to uniquely apply his expert knowledge to your specific need. He can quickly assess and develop a protocol to relieve your neuromuscular issues. I highly recommend.

I have been searching for relief for a problem I have had for years but didn't know the source of the pain that felt like a weird combination of arthritis and carpel tunnel. In just a few sessions, Jonathan was able to help me more than any doctor, physical or occupational therapist I have seen in Birmingham. The combination of dry needling and physical therapy is just what I needed and I finally feel like I won't be living with this pain forever. Wow. I was skeptical of electrical stimulation combined with dry needling (DN). That is an understatement. But, I have a race coming up and I need to be able to run; so, I decided to trust the future of my race in Kristen's hands. After all, he is an athlete and he gets it. I am so glad I did it. He was super patient with my baby whining and talked me through what I would feel throughout the electro therapy needling. He was dead on correct and today, the very next day, I ran pain free for 5 miles. I highly recommend Kristen. He clearly knows his "stuff".
