I highly recommend Kristen and 10x Physiotherapy. I had chronic knee pain that prevented me from running for over 10 years that was treated with surgery and injections with no help. Kristen guided me through a program of exercises to strengthen the knee and eventually return to running. After only 3 months of following his program I was able to gradually begin to run again. Now I am regularly running 3-5 miles a few times each week. Truly remarkable progress, I cannot recommend 10x Physiotherapy enough!

With so many free-standing physical therapy businesses, it is difficult, not to mention confusing, to find the right place to rehab.
To have a physical therapist come to your home is convenient, especially when many places are “shut down” due to Covid, for the home bound and for those with transportation issues.

10x gave me an AWESOME beginning solution to an hip issue I've been having for years. Christian and Jonathan are true wonderful servants of GOD. I am currently at the BROTHER BRYAN MISSION, and they devote their time once a week for class instruction for wellness and health as well as therapy sessions early in the morning on Wednesdays.

They are knowledgeable, informative, and very professional. This week they helped me physically as well as spiritually. I've gone from taking six 200mg ibuprofen whenever pain appeared (which was daily and consistently) to not taking any for four weeks.

The exercises and routines they gave me are great. I have less pain and more mobility.

I give 10x five stars and recommend them to EVERYONE.
