Kristin offered me constant assistance in figuring out my injury, describing the source of the injury, and helping me create a series of exercises and stretches to relieve my pain when I’m not able to come to therapy. Had some neck pain one morning and had a hard time looking left. After telling him how I was feeling he was able to pin point the area and about 20 mins of being worked on I had a lot more movement and back to normal in just a couple days. Great physical therapist and person too! Kristen was able to work me in one evening when it was convenient for me! I highly recommend him.

10x Physiotherapy has done a great job helping me with low back pain and knee pain by not only treating the injury but also helping with Peloton and Mountain Bike fitting and run analysis to prevent a chronic reoccurring problem. I highly recommend them.
