They tailor exercises and movements to encourage flexibility, strength, and recovery without putting stress on my injury. They introduce new and different movements so I’m not bored with doing the same exercise over and over again. The fact that they come to me instead of the traditional model has saved me time away from work. Plus, because they come to me, I can practice my exercise “homework” while they are with me and with the equipment I have available.
