10x Physiotherapy

I just got my new road bike fitted/setup yesterday by Kristen, and it was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable about bikes. He used a video app to measure my joint angles while riding on the trainer, and it was fun to get feedback on posture/technique, etc.

Just from the 1 session, I definitely recommend Kristen for this service for many reasons:
1) He's not an intimidating salesman trying to sell you more equipment/components
2) He cares about your fitness goals, injury prevention, and ride comfort
3) As a PT, he's an expert at biomechanics and fitness and wants to help improve your overall performance

Overall, it was a great experience for me.

Kristen did great at address my concerns and issues. He was very thorough in him exam to best treat my issue. Thankfully after some slight corrections and dry needling I was able to have a pain free workout. I have worked with Kristen in the past but this was my first time personal experience. Since my one visit I have noticed I brace myself waiting for pain with movements...yet never feel them or I don't feel the pain to the magnitude I did. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you are having any nagging irritating pain, because you don't necessary have to always live with certain types of aches and pain. Which I have learned quickly from my one session with Kristen.

Great guy with a wealth of knowledge on physical training, dry needling and other techniques. He has helped me recover form a nee injury and i am already starting to run. Glad to be working with him!

Kristen helped me cross the finish line of my first Ironman 70.3 last fall!

This is an amazing concept and Kristen does an excellent job. The fact that my daughter can do her post surgical rehab work in our home is convenient and comfortable for her. We highly recommend 10X!!

Kristen was wonderful to work with. I hurt my back playing basketball and wasn’t able to walk without pain. He was able to work me in quickly and conveniently. It was so nice not having to go to an office and deal with all of that. He was courteous and easy to work with and clearly knew what he was doing. He used dry needling and I walked away with almost instantaneous relief. I would recommend Kristen to anyone needing a physical therapist and the fact that he’ll come to you at a time most convenient is just the cherry on top.

If you are in need of physical therapy, I HIGHLY recommend Kristen!! I have worked with him quite a bit over the past several years for various issues including hip and neck/shoulder pain. He is always very professional and very thorough!! He takes time to research and think through how to best help you and take care of you! I’m so thankful he has been there to help me through my physical trials!
