10x Physiotherapy

I was in excruciating low back pain. Kristen came directly to our home with very little notice, the day before Thanksgiving. I could barely walk. He spent 2 hours focused on helping relieve the pain. Through needling the painful areas, traction and stretches, I was able to stand upright and walk with less pain.
Today I received my second physical therapy here in the privacy of my own home. Again, I had incredible relief. I appreciate the one on one therapy. Kristen is cutting edge in PT education, delivering to patients the newest and best techniques to aid in recovery.

Awesome experience with 10x Physiotherapy!! I’ve been having some issues with some muscle tightness and pain that’s been pretty limiting. I’ve always been a very active person and an avid runner so being down was tough. The convenience of 10x Physiotherapy goes beyond anything I’ve ever experienced! Dr Z came to my house, set up his table, and helped me get on a plan to get better.
I would highly recommend for anyone needing a high quality, competent and incredibly convenient PT.

Kristen is a super personable professional that definitely will make you feel comfortable and confident in his services! I received dry needling from him in my trap muscles and I have to say that my muscle tension in that area has subsided for the first time in a while. He is happy to answer all of your questions and gives thorough explanations on every service and how it works for each individual. I highly recommend!

I am a busy mom, physical therapist, and yoga studio owner .... treating patients and teaching several yoga classes each week. Kristen came to my studio and treated me for neck and shoulder pain caused by a pinched nerve (something I let go far too long) . I was having increased pain with sitting and was starting to lose strength in my right arm and hand. After just a couple of sessions I am at least 95% better and able to resume my active lifestyle- no pain after sitting through my son’s 2 hour graduation ceremony! The best part is that he worked around my busy schedule and I never had to leave work or take time away from my family or patients. As a PT - I only want the best therapist working on my spine.
