He was always on time, ready to help when asked and when he saw something needed to be done he took the initiative to take care of it. Excellent help. Thank you.

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous and anxious as we did not seem to have any caregiver identified in the early part of last week. Through you work and the cooperation of Fidelia and Eva, we were able to talk with them briefly. Still, I had no idea how Fidelia and Eva would act/react during the events. 1plus1 was a great solution to my in home care needs for my elderly father. They were responsive, courteous, professional, and quickly set me up with a great caregiver who had lots of experience and was very punctual and communicative throughout.
