1+1 Cares

1+1 Cares was recommended to us by Hospice of the Valley. I would recommend 1+1 Cares to everyone! They have been excellent at finding caregivers for my mother-in-law who has severe dementia. We currently have three 8-hour shifts a day, seven days a week. That’s a lot of caregivers! 1+1 Cares has helped us find qualified caregivers and fill the empty spaces if they call in sick. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Their customer service is excellent. There is always someone friendly to answer any questions I have. They are quick and efficient! 1+1 Cares is an organization that tries to fit the caregiver to your need, and they do a great job. We had a relative that had suffered from multiple strokes and had been hospitalized for 2 months. Our relative could walk, talk and read, but his short term memory was negligent and his cognitive thinking tasks were delayed. 1+1 Cares was able to provide someone to help this relative learn how to navigate the internet, research information. In addition, he spent time with this relative doing small household and gardening projects, playing brain games like checkers/puzzles/jenga, and went for walks and bikes rides. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you for the great customer service!

1+1 Cares found the perfect caregiver to help with my elderly ill mother in a short time span. I couldn't have done any better, but 1+1 Cares did.

1+1 Cares came through big time. I needed a caregiver in a weeks time for my ill mother. They got back to me within days telling me they found someone and gave me the person's name. When the caregiver showed up on the first day she fit perfectly and was so gracious and caring with my elderly mother and just took over. Everyday she came I knew we made the right decision. Unfortunately, the time ended sooner then expected. I could not have found a better caring person to watch my mother, but 1+1 Cares did.

We enjoyed working with everyone at 1+1 Care. All of the caregivers we met were kind, caring and very competent. We will gladly recommend this service to anyone in need of at-home care.

1+1 Cares has been a lifeline for my parents, able to find suitable caregivers, even last minute in some cases. Their Premium service has been so worth it, pairing us with our dedicated agent Shiela, who has been so responsive and helpful.

We were at the last minute before bladder surgery trying to find help. 1+1 found us responsible, kind, able help in only a day or so. We were between a rock and a hard place so to speak because I am the caregiver for my husband, who is blind, over 90, and has multiple other disabilities. We absolutely needed help. Juan was kind, careful, bilingual, although hard for him to understand us sometimes, was asked to do a number of unusual tasks (including an immediate problem with a catheter), handyman tasks that my husband desired, and cheerfully willing, and accomplished everything requested, no matter how strange or different!
