1+1 Cares

My 1+1 Care Caregiver and Care Advocate have worked with me for over a year. They are very supportive, responsive, cooperative, communicative and helpful. If my Care Advocate, Shelia, isn’t available, one of her colleagues reliably and quickly responds as she does. My Caregiver, Mark is reliable, punctual, loyal, supportive and extremely patient. My health diagnosis has affected my speech so these assets are invaluable. Especially when I am not feeling well or frustrated or upset. Many Caregivers and agencies have come and gone but Mark, Sheila and 1+1 Care remains consistent and true. I highly recommend them.

My Mom became bedridden just over a year ago and we have tried three different agencies. I have come to like 1+1 Cares the best. They respond to any problems quickly and are always nice to talk to. We now have two care givers who are absolute angels and work so well with Mom.

We were so pleased and happy with the caregivers from 1 plus 1 Cares. The caregivers were so kind and attentive to my aunt. We were so blessed to have them.

The advocates at 1+1 are extremely helpful and ensure you are happy with your caregiver, all the caregivers I have had have been very supportive. They work hard to find you a caregiver, even with short notice. Also prices are negotiable which makes them more affordable than other agencies. I highly recommend 1+1.

Hariett and team are amazing. They are overly communicative, very friendly/respectful, and I genuinely feel like they care when proactively trying to find good caregivers and work with me on a good schedule. They also are very proactive when surprises come up (caregiver sick, last minute reschedule, etc). Thank you team for all that you do to help make caring for my mom much easier!

My sister-in-law has had care by a variety of staff at 1Plus 1 Cares and they have been kind, professional & kept me informed as I do not live in the area. They quickly respond to any requests.

Our Care Advisor, Debi Salcido, was exceptionally, very helpful and informative with the services provided . She was able to find a caregiver for my grandfather and his needs, in a timely manner.

I work in an assisted living community where we have a resident who is using this agency for a private companion. He is very happy with her. Trisha Carey really does try to match the companion to the resident. I have seen them interact and his companion is very attentive. I would tell anyone to use this agency.
