1+1 Cares

We were in need of care for our very feisty and stubborn elderly mother. A person who really does not like change, does NOT want help from anyone and can be very vocal about it. So as you can expect we were not thinking we were going to be able to find someone who she would allow to help us care for her. Thankfully one of our case management people recommended 1 plus 1 Senior Care and we have been very happy with our caregiver Fanny. She is really good with our mom, they talk, laugh and she lets Fanny help her, which is a tremendous relief. I also like JM our care manager who checks in regularly to make sure things are still going well and is available when I have questions. So far so good!

1 Plus 1 Senior Care is as good as it gets. We couldn't have asked for a more timely and responsive Senior Care team to take care of my father while my mother was in the hospital and after she passed. Recently I used care givers from 1 Plus 1 Seniorcare. My case worker Joy was pleasant to work with. She worked hard to give me good caregivers according to my need. She was kind and caring.

I love 1 Plus 1 Senior Care! When my 98 year old mother came home from the hospital with a broken hip, they sent angels to help care for her! My very favorite was Mercedes. She is kind, caring and takes a personal interest in her clients. It's always a pleasure to see Mercedes walk through the door because I know my Mom will be getting the best care!

We have had a great relationship with 1 Plus 1 for only four months, but feel Patricia is family who comes to help us out-- and no family would be that qualified for emergencies while cooking, helping with Speech therapy (hours per week!), puzzles. SHE is rapidly improving with the intense practice as well as walks around the neighborhood. I feel quite comfortable going to meetings & social stuff while Patricia helps Her. She is possibly safer with Patricia than with me-- with the constant attention there's been not even one fall since getting home four months ago. I have been away with 1 Plus 1 doing care for hours, and once fer a whole week.

I used 1 Plus 1 Senior Care for care for my mom suffering from dementia. The folks at the agency were very prompt in finding a caregiver and followed up regularly to make sure that we were happy with the caregiver. The caregivers themselves were ok not necessarily familiar with the difficulties with caring for a person with dementia.

We have used 1Plus 1 Senior care for many years. The staff is very help and listens to your needs. I have used them for both my mom and my in-laws.
