1+1 Care Advocates have worked well with friend's situation. They have coordinated anything she has needed and searched for caregivers to fit her needs. They are very compassionate and communicate well with the clients. Their prices are fair and they are the only agency we found that would schedule a caregiver less than 4 hour shifts, that was very helpful when we only needed a small amount of help. I have utilized 1 Plus 1 Cares agency for several years to provide my mother the service and help she needs. The Care Advocates are extremely helpful and you are able to reach them and have a conversation regarding the needed care and assistance. The team members do their best to accommodate my mom and help her especially as her health has continued to decline. I am very happy to continue to employ them.
