We listed our house in Panama City Beach with Cherissa after watching her sell our neighbor’s house for listing price over a year ago. She did not disappoint, listing our house above the price we were hoping for. In just over a day, we had a great offer on our house!

We found it easy to work with Cherissa. She was quick to respond to any calls/texts/emails, even making herself available to us during her family vacation. We were kept informed of each step of the process. Paperwork
was always delivered on time and conveniently for us.
When some unforeseen issues came up before closing, she handled those professionally so that both buyers and sellers were satisfied. She even offered her expertise to our realtor when a problem arose with the closing of our new home.
