At Home Therapy provides the Crystal Coast of North Carolina with a "One Patient, One Therapist" approach to Physical Therapy. We provide an IN-HOME integrative approach and always by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Each client will benefit from a detailed evaluation/assessment and individualized treatment plan. The ultimate goal is to have each client reach their goals in a timely manner that suits their needs.
