I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Clarice. I walked in with painful wrist tendonitis and tennis elbow, and after only 6–7 sessions and home exercises, I’m basically pain‑free. The treatment was spot‑on, the guidance was easy to follow, and the support throughout the process was amazing. I’m so grateful for the results and highly recommend her practice to anyone dealing with pain or injury.

Traveling from NYC to Georgia, I was in need of therapy. After my thumb surgery, I thought it might never move again. When I arrived, my thumb was completely immovable. Dr. Clarice assured me that with time, mobility would return. I worked with her in person two days a week, and slowly but surely, movement came back. She improved my joint range of motion, decreased muscle stiffness, and enhanced my overall flexibility. I'm back.

I’ve been going to Zona Physical Therapy and Wellness and I’m honestly obsessed. Not only do they take amazing care of you, but the amenities are on another level. I’ve done microneedling there and my skin has never looked better. I’ve also tried their Tshock therapy and red light therapy and both made such a difference in my recovery and energy. Everything feels clean, modern, and really well thought out. They have literally everything you need to heal, recover, and just feel good all in one place. Zona is definitely my go to spot.

I was refereed to Zona Physical Therapy after experiencing a mild CVA with left-sided weakness. My experience here has been very therapeutic and restorative. I started out being driven here by my daughter as my mobility was unsteady and I had to use a cane. I instantly connected with Dr. C, she is so calm, very easy to talk to and very gifted in what she does. Zona is a very healing and nurturing environment with state of the art equipments. After 4-5 months of therapy at 2 times a week I was able to drive myself to my sessions and I also gave up the cane long before that. I was in a motor vehicle accident and came in with so much stiffness and pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. I truly thought I was destined to be in discomfort forever. I am happy to say that after my PT sessions, I am able to be back in the gym and continue with my normal life.

The owners and aesthetician at Zona are amazing. They really care about each customer. They take time to explain things and work hard to make every session relaxing. Teachers in first responders get a discount. I highly recommend them.

I have had several memberships with Zona. I have taken the Pilates classes and use the Sauna, Red Light Therapy Bed, and Cryotherapy as much as I can. The red light bed is my favorite. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Highly recommend.
