They were on time: even early! They were Covid safe, friendly, polite efficient and in and out in one hour. No high-pressure sales.

My time of arrival was 8-10, they called at 8 and were working away at 8:30am. They put down protective floor covers and devices that protected walls, corners, furniture. They wore masks, gloves and booties. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were extremely polite and there were no mystery charges to the bill. This was the 3rd time we’ve used them over the past several years!!!

Like so many of us 2020 changed the way I live my life. I work from home almost exclusively, I’m outdoors more, I decided to get that dog I always wanted, and my home is more lived in than ever before. All those great things lead to dingy carpeting with some pet stains I couldn’t manage! My hand held vac did nothing for me.

By Friday this week I was over it. I called to schedule an appointment and get a quote. Pricing seemed reasonable to me. Appointment was set for the following day. Austin was excellent! He called prior to arrival, took a quick look, set up and got straight to work! In a matter of an hour all was said and done! He was polite, efficient, and my carpets look brand new.
