Today was our second visit by Zerorez since our relocation to Palm Desert. George came this morning to clean three rooms. One of which had recent vomit. He called 20 minutes before his arrival. Was prompt, courteous and very professional. He did an outstanding job of cleaning the three rooms and applying stain protector. I’m delighted with Zerorez and will continue to use their services in the future.

George called before arrival and arrived on time.
He cleaned a sofa and love seat and made them look like new. He was professional and personable and did an excellent job.
I discovered that Zerorez also cleans oriental carpets. When I asked about the process George showed me a video on his phone that was very impressive and I sent him off with my carpet!

George called 45 mins. before to confirm time of his arrival. He was on time, friendly and courteous.
We walked through the areas of concern and then he told me what he could do with my pet spots and carpet. He gave me the additional pricing for the added processes. He arrived at 8:00 am and left a little before 9:30 am. Looks great!!!

Great job! Thanks Sal I used to have stains come back through a month after my carpet was cleaned. With Zerorez the spots are gone they don’t come back through. I did request the pretreatment that was totally worth it.

My daughter had Zerorez clean her carpets a couple of weeks ago. She was very pleased so I had to call for an appointment. Jorge and his partner were very polite, hard working, and ready to clean my dirty carpets. I was very pleased and most of all I can’t tolerate cleaning product smells and today there were none. That is the main reason I will call again, no chemical smells!

I have seen the ads and the coupons for ZeroRez for about a year and I would always save them telling myself I’m going to call them and have them clean our carpets and couch but never seem to pull the trigger. So, last week I pulled the trigger and called ZeroRez and scheduled my appointment for two rooms of carpet cleaned, a 5x7 rug and a 7 foot cloth couch. Jeremy was my technician today. He called 30 minutes prior to showing up, he was on time he was friendly represented the company well and he did a very nice job. Carpets looks great and so does our couch. I am so happy with the friendly staff when booking appointment and friendly technician Jeremy, and the price was fair too. I will definitely cal ZeroRez again and will refer family and friends.
