We recently had our carpets cleaned by zerorez and the tech (Alex) was awesome!! He came in, looked everything over and explained what he was going to do. The carpets looked beautiful and after he left I noticed a floor vent by our air conditioning unit. It was sooooo dusty but I hadn't gotten around to cleaning it and asked my husband if he had. Nope, the tech did it!! You have no idea how much that had been bothering me Alex! With a 10 month old baby I just hadn't gotten to it and him taking care of that on top of the great service was the icing on the cake. The carpets look and feel great, it was fast but quality service. We're going to request he be the one to come out WHEN we schedule the next cleaning.
