This was my second time using Zerorez. My carpets get very dirty with spots and traffic. I have two stair landings that are carpeted and get a lot of wear. Zerorez has been able to get my carpets extremely clean. I have used other companies in the past and they have never been as successful as Zerorez. I highly recommend their services.

Deep cleaning at competitive prices. We've used Zerorez for over eight years, at least three times a year, and there has never been a spot or a stain they have not been able to clean and remove. After every visit, no matter who the technician, our three-storied townhouse carpets look like new! each technician has been thorough, polite, considerate and hard-working - what a great staff! Be sure to opt for the stain protection spraying at the end - it makes removing stains on the next visit that much easier.

On the day of our appointment, Sal called about 30 minutes prior to showing up to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and professional. It took him about 2 hours to complete the house (6 rooms and 1 hallway). I could not believe that he got all of our spill stains out of our carpet. ALL OF THEM!! Some were months old. Just a wonderful experience.😀

I've been using Zerorez for at least 5 years now and couldn't be happier. It's very important to me that the cleaners used are safe and bio friendly. Robert does an amazing job and can literally do anything! I showed him the "connect" job my handyman did to match up the carpet with some new tile floors. It looked terrible. Robert knew just what to do and now both entrances look fabulous. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Zerorez.

I like the concept that Zeroez doesn't put soap/cleaner into the carpet, rather it seems that they suck out all the stains and get rid of the residue left by other carpet cleaners.
