I have always used Stanley Steemer in the past, even buying multiple cleaning packages from them. This time I decided to use someone different - Zerorez. WOW! What a difference! The technician “Richard” explained the process to me, took his time, and (don’t tell his boss) actually helped me move a few items off of the carpet. I am VERY impressed. The spots that Stanley said “wouldn’t come out” are GONE.

Went a little different than before, a wetter process this time around. The technician was very friendly explained everything he was going to do. No dilly dateless got to work, cleaned up and gone in about an hour or less.

I have been using Zerorez for years.
They never disappoint. My carpet looks new and the stains are gone even when the carpet is dry. My tiles are white and 90% of the dark stains on the grout are gone (It is a 18 year old tile) Great Job! See you back in a couple of years!
